Early in the match Alberto tries to get control over John Cena by hitting to his head and left arm. Alberto hits “Chinlock” and “Clothesline” But Cena come back and hits “ Five Knuckle Shuffle” and make an attempt for “Attitude Adjustment” Alberto hits “Back Splash” and make an Attempt for “Armbar” but Cena lifts Alberto and slams him and in the end Locks the “STF” on Alberto for the win.

With the win of John Cena over Truth, Cena defends the WWE Championship Title and continued with his eighth reign of WWE Championship. The Doctor of Thuganomics defeated R-Truth by applying his favorite finishing move Attitude Adjustment followed by the pin. Cena handles Truth in right way and remain on the upper side through out the match. John took 14 min. 45sec. to finish the match.

John Cena had suffered a hip injury at a RAW live event on Tuesday and thus will have to sit outside for few days. This has came as a sudden shocker to all Cena Fans as he was due for fights with Wade Barret. WWE announced that they will refund the tickets but continued to say that Big Show will replace Cena in all the upcoming Cena fights.
